The Role This role will oversee day-to-day financial operations related to vendor payments, customer invoicing, reconciliation, and cashflow monitoring. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Exposure to manufacturing / inventory will be highly advantageous in this role! Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties and responsibilities of this role include: Accounts Payable Process, review, and verify vendor invoices Ensure timely and accurate payments Maintain up-to-date supplier records Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors professionally Accounts Receivable Generate and distribute customer invoices Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts Apply payments and perform regular AR reconciliations Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Financial Operations & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly AP/AR reports Assist with month-end close activities Support financial audits by providing required documentation Contribute to process improvements in financial workflows Your Profile To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous: Confident in processing end-to-end accounts payable and receive processes Excellent Attention to detail large scale ERP system experience Excellent organisational / communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a team or independently The successful candidate will be immediately available.
